1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 3bets. By creating an account, logging in, or using any product available on our platform — including Sports Betting, live casino, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, and e-sports — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 3bets ("Platform"). If you disagree with any part of this document, you must not create an account or use 3bets's services.

3bets operates in compliance with Brazilian legislation applicable to Sports Betting and online gambling, including the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the requirements of Law No. 14.790/2023. All amounts are expressed in Reais (BRL) and services are intended exclusively for users within Brazilian territory.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 3bets and use its services, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the registration date.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Not be enrolled in any self-exclusion program for Sports Betting or casinos in Brazil.
• Not have had an account previously closed by 3bets for a violation of these Terms.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.

Each individual may hold only a single account at 3bets. Opening multiple accounts under the same user is considered a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any bonus balances.

2.1 Identity Verification Process (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, 3bets will require identity verification, which involves submitting:

• Official government-issued photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport) — front and back.
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months.
• A selfie holding your ID document, as instructed in the email sent to you.

The verification process takes up to 48 business hours from the time all documentation is submitted. While verification is underway, users may continue betting normally — only withdrawals will be held pending approval. Once the first verification is approved, future withdrawals follow the standard flow with no additional documentation required.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) secure. 3bets recommends using a strong password unique to the platform and enabling the two-factor authentication available in your account dashboard.

3.1 Credential Security

Never share your password with anyone — including friends or family. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 3bets support immediately via live chat, available 24/7 in Brazilian Portuguese.

3.2 Registration Data

The information you provide during registration must be accurate and match your official documents. 3bets may request updated information at any time for regulatory or security reasons. Providing false data is grounds for immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. 3bets will send three email notifications before processing the account archival. Balances in inactive accounts are preserved and remain available for withdrawal upon reactivation by the account holder.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3bets are conducted in Brazilian Reais (BRL). The platform does not accept transactions in other currencies and does not charge exchange or conversion fees.

The primary withdrawal method at 3bets is Pix, processed within 4 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20,00 and there are no fees for Pix withdrawals.

Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 3 business days to process. 3bets reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 per request, as an anti-money laundering measure.

4.3 Withdrawal Method Rule

As a security and fraud prevention policy, withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF registered with 3bets. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — including those of family members.

5. General Betting Rules

3bets covers over 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), tennis, e-sports (CS2, LoL, Valorant, Free Fire), and many more.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted and valid only once confirmation is displayed in the 3bets app or on the website. The wagered amount is deducted from the available balance at the time of confirmation. Bets pending technical confirmation are not considered valid until that confirmation is shown.

5.2 Odds Errors

Odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error (for example, 1000.00 on an evenly matched game) may be voided by 3bets even after acceptance. In such cases, the full stake is returned to the user's balance. 3bets commits to communicating the cancellation via an in-app notification within 24 hours of identifying the error.

5.3 Canceled or Suspended Events

If a match is definitively canceled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes refunded. If an event is interrupted and not resumed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time, bets are also voided. Bets on markets that were already settled before the interruption remain valid with the recorded result.

5.4 Live Cash Out

The cash out feature (full or partial) is available on pre-match and live bets for selected events. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds. 3bets may temporarily suspend cash out during critical moments (goal, KO, substitution) while odds are recalibrated — the button will be unavailable for a few seconds during those moments.

5.5 Parlay Bets

Combining two or more markets in a parlay bet is allowed. All selections must be correct for the ticket to win. 3bets may restrict combinations involving highly correlated markets from the same event to protect betting integrity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

3bets offers a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, and recurring promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms published on the platform's promotions page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Every bonus has a rollover requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 count toward the rollover requirement for Sports Betting.
• Bonus balance and real balance are handled separately in the account dashboard. Real balance is always used first.
• 3bets may cancel a bonus if misuse is detected, including placing opposing bets (hedging) to eliminate risk during the rollover period.
• Bonuses have an expiration date as stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your balance.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit: set it in your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take 7 days to be processed.
• Session time limit: set an automatic alert for when your session reaches your chosen time limit.
• Voluntary break: step away from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During a time-out, account access is blocked and deposits are not processed.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account at your own discretion. After self-exclusion, 3bets blocks any attempt to create a new account using the same CPF.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3bets and may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of bonus balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account using the same CPF, email address, or payment details.
• Using another person's information (CPF, documents, or banking details) to create or operate an account.
• Manipulating bets across multiple accounts to fraudulently accumulate bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, odds errors, or platform bugs for personal gain.
• Using the account for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any practice prohibited under Brazilian law.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxies, or any method that masks the user's real location to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10. Privacy & LGPD

3bets processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). The legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contract established by these Terms and compliance with regulatory obligations.

11. Account Closure

You can close your 3bets account at any time by requesting closure via live chat or by emailing contato@3bets.best. Before closure, any pending real-balance withdrawals will be processed as normal. Uncompleted bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

3bets may immediately close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any item under section 9 (Prohibited Conduct).
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or fraudulent use of the platform.
• A judicial or regulatory order requiring the account to be blocked.

If an account is closed due to suspected fraud, the available balance may be temporarily frozen during an internal investigation. If the investigation finds no irregularities, the real-money balance will be released for withdrawal within 10 business days of the investigation's conclusion.

12. Limitation of Liability

3bets is not liable for losses resulting from the user's connection instability (internet or mobile data), personal device failures, unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence with their credentials, or betting decisions made by the user themselves.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 3bets makes every reasonable effort to keep the service available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability — scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance, and emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to a user's account, 3bets reserves the right to correct the balance after identifying and communicating the issue. Users are not entitled to withdraw funds credited as a result of a proven technical error.

13. Changes to These Terms

3bets may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory changes, new platform features, or operational adjustments. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 calendar days in advance via the registered email address and through an in-app notification.
